Carla is third of the seven Carter kids. She is now living in Rome with her husband, Al Kehler, and their three daughters: Katherine (16), Elisabeth (14), and Olivia (10). Al works with the UN World Food Programme. Carla takes care of family and volunteers with church, school and community.
