Indian Corn
Indian (or harvest) corn is another crop that Carter's grows strictly for decorating purposes. Available around mid-September, we have lots of fun guessing just what the ear of corn is going to look like before pulling back and securing the husks. Indian corn has a variety of colors -- from pinks and blues and reds to darker burgundy and brown and black as well as traditional yellow. It can be bright and shiny, luminescent, and even a "dull" color that still looks beautiful in just the right light.
