We (Tony and LindaSue) were married on March 29, 2003, and have two farmers-in-training who keep us very busy. Tony does the majority of the farm work while Linda manages the Market.
In our spare time, Tony enjoys hunting (and keeping the deer from eating the farm produce!) and the beauty of God's nature surrounding us. He also teaches Sunday School at Faith Baptist and is a fantastic father to Luke and Susanna. Linda keeps busy with preserving the wonderful produce from the farm (you should see our pantry!), raising our children, selling Watkins and holding Watkins parties, volunteering as AWANA general club secretary, and directing the Christmas programs at Faith Baptist Church.
Luke is following in Daddy's footsteps, loving to help out however he can at the farm and at home. He loves harvesting whatever he can find and will tell you everything that is going on in his mind right now...if you have the time to listen (and even if you don't!).
Susanna can't decide if she is a princess or a gorilla but definitely knows she loves digging in the dirt and "helping" at the Market. She is a little artist and would love to add to the mural that Grandpa Carter made at the Market!
We also are thinking of long-term goals for Carter's Red Wagon Farm and Market. We are so thankful for the decades-long patronage of so many friends both in Park Rapids and those who visit this area each year, and we hope to continue to meet and exceed your needs with the bounty God provides to us.
